I. General Provisions

II. The platform advocates the following behaviors

(1) Jointly participate in the construction of network civilization, produce content works that conform to the national policies, serve the overall economic and social development, reflect the general trend of the times, and reflect the achievements of the construction of a strong country, and gather strength for the construction of a modern and powerful country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

(2) Jointly establish an equal and friendly public opinion atmosphere and respect other users on the platform. Care for minors, care for the elderly, respect gender equality; do not attack, abuse, insult, slander, discriminate against others, and do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(3) Encourage users to publish original and high-quality content, pay attention to the correct use of words, reduce the use of pinyin abbreviations and other expressions that are easily ambiguous, and consciously abide by language and text standards;

(4) Encourage users to publish positive and healthy content, eliminate the dissemination of content that has not been scientifically proven, and encourage users not to spread rumors, spread rumors, or believe in rumors, and work together to build a clear and bright online home;

(5) Users must pass real identity information authentication before using for the first time, properly keep account information, use account permissions reasonably, and do not lend or transfer user accounts in any way. The platform promises to protect the security of user personal information and regulate data processing activities;

(6) It is recommended that users raise their awareness of network security prevention and be vigilant against high-incidence areas and behaviors of online fraud such as online dating, gambling inducement, loans, rebates, winning prizes, and online part-time likers. If you find any abnormality, you can report it to the platform at any time.

3. The platform prohibits the following behaviors

The content published by users must comply with the "Network Security Law", "Internet Information Service Management Measures", "Internet Information Content Ecological Governance Regulations" and other laws and regulations, and shall not publish or disseminate information containing the following content:

(I) Illegal information that endangers national and social security

1. Opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;

2. Endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts the state power, and undermines national unity;

3. Damages national honor and interests;

4. Distorts, vilifies, blasphemes, denies the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, and insults, slanders or otherwise harms the heroes and martyrs. 5. Propagating terrorism, extremism or inciting terrorist activities or extremist activities; 6. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity; 7. Undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; 8. Spreading rumors, disrupting economic and social order; 9. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes; 10. Insulting or slandering others, infringing on their reputation, privacy and other legitimate rights and interests; 11. Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations. (II) Harmful information that damages the ecological environment of Internet civilization

1. Using exaggerated titles, and the content is seriously inconsistent with the title;

2. Hype gossip, scandal, bad deeds, etc.;

3. Improper comments on natural disasters, major accidents and other disasters;

4. Containing sexual innuendos, sexual provocations, etc. that easily cause people to have sexual associations;

5. Displaying blood, horror, cruelty, etc. that cause physical and mental discomfort;

6. Inciting discrimination against groups and regions;

7. Promoting vulgar, banal, and kitsch content;

8. May cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and violate social morality, induce minors to have bad habits, etc.;

9. Other content that has a negative impact on the ecological environment of the Internet.

(III) Dishonest behavior such as violation of social morality

1. Infringement of others' legitimate rights and interests such as reputation, privacy, patent, trademark, etc.;

2. Publishing, transmitting, and spreading rumors, false information or other content containing false information;

3. Publishing content that maliciously speculates or misinterprets platform regulations;

4. Fabricating or impersonating others' identities or publishing information in the name of a company name, brand, or trademark that is not legally owned or held by oneself;

5. Using any abnormal means to obtain false data cheating, including but not limited to comments, forwarding, and likes.

IV. Protection of minors

If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read this Convention under the guidance of your guardian and use the platform only after your guardian agrees. If you do not obtain the guardian's consent, the guardian may contact the platform to handle the relevant account, and the platform has the right to restrict the functions of the relevant account (including but not limited to browsing, publishing information, interactive communication, etc.). We will work together with the guardian to protect the physical and mental health of minors. If you are a guardian, you should also fulfill your guardianship obligations for minors, pay attention to the safety of minors online, guide minors to use the Internet reasonably, develop good Internet habits, and avoid being addicted to virtual cyberspace.

The platform will actively fulfill its obligations in accordance with the provisions of the "Minors Protection Law", "Minors Network Protection Regulations" and other laws and regulations, protect the rights and interests of minors, and strive to ensure the safety and health of minor users on the platform. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to use platform services to abuse, harm, endanger or maliciously exploit minors or instill wrong values in minors. Users are strictly prohibited from publishing or forwarding the following content that affects, harms, or induces the physical and mental health of minors:

(I) Information content with sexual innuendos, sexual provocations, etc. that are easy to make people have sexual associations;

(II) Information content that displays blood, horror, cruelty, etc. that causes physical and mental discomfort;

(III) Information content that promotes vulgar, vulgar, and kitsch content;

(IV) Information content that may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and violate social morality, induce minors to have bad habits, etc.;

(V) Other content that affects, harms, or induces the safety and physical and mental health of minors.

5. Platform Management Method

This platform provides users with smooth reporting and infringement complaint channels. If users find illegal and bad information or content that infringes on personal rights, they can report and complain through the platform, and the platform will feedback the progress of the handling within 3 working days.

For violations of this convention, this platform will take measures including but not limited to restricting user account permissions, deleting or blocking illegal content, banning illegal user accounts, and notify the violating users.
