Technical Features

Electrolyzer Selection: The Model 8000 electrolyzer features high efficiency and stability, capable of adapting to complex conditions, ensuring reliable operation of the project, and reducing energy waste while ensuring energy conversion efficiency.

Gas Source Utilization: The project deeply utilizes carbon dioxide from cement kiln exhaust gas, incorporating it into the process of electrolytic synthesis gas production, achieving carbon resource recycling and making a positive contribution to reducing carbon emissions.

CO₂ Content Management: To address different sources of carbon dioxide, the project uses both initial emission sources and enriched gas sources for dual treatment. An intelligent control system precisely manages the CO₂ content to ensure the quality of the synthesis gas.

Testing Content: The project conducted low-pressure CO₂ electrolysis process validation and extensive catalyst assessment to ensure good tolerance to impurities such as NOₓ, SOₓ, and NH₃ in complex environments.

Project Progress

Currently, the project is in the testing phase. Through system testing, the company is collecting and analyzing operational data to further optimize process flows and enhance system stability. It is expected that in future applications, the project will better meet the actual production needs of the cement industry.

Future Outlook

Through the successful implementation of this project, WOBO hopes to inject more innovative momentum into the green transition and contribute to the development of China’s low-carbon economy.
